The story behind Flat
Our team launched Flat in 2015. At the time, people everywhere were using Google Docs and yet musicians were sending sheet music by email. We wanted to create an equivalent solution for music notation: Collaborative, real-time editing across devices, something that is really easy to use yet also powerful, all in a simple interface that's accessible to all. That's why we created Flat (♭), the first easy-to-use, multi-platform music notation editor.
