Gourmet Race (Melee) is the very piece that got us into transcribing and arranging music. As a flautist and clarinetist, we really enjoyed band music. And, as hardcore video gamers, we also enjoyed catchy video game tunes. Gourmet Race (Melee) was the perfect piece of music for us, for it was a band arrangement for Gourmet Race, one of our favorite songs, and so we arranged it. P.S. We don't have Flat Premium, so the Wind Chimes, Concert Bass Drum, and Gong were recreated by a Triangle, Timpani, and Crash Cymbal.
