The Stars of Persia

The piece is based off of a ornamental onion found in Persia (now Iran) and is covered in star-shaped flowers. The Stars of Persia is a fabulous selection with contrasting melodies. The fanfare is supposed to represent this star-covered plant, while the slower section is supposed to represent Persia. This piece is a Grade 4 in accordance to the American Band College Music Grading Chart. I hope you enjoy The Stars of Persia! Feedback is appreciated!
