Not gonna lie, I got quite a bit of help this time, because I don't do tabs, and this song is 95% guitar. That by itself isn't really discouraging but some sounds can't be reproduced on Flat, unless you're using tablature. That being said, I don't really know how to read tabs either, or at least not the cool parts, so if I messed something up or assumed Flat didn't have it when they did, we'll just say I did it to, uh, "keep some originality." https://www.songsterr.com/a/wsa/foo-fighters-stranger-things-have-happened-tab-s23169t1
I guess this is story time with Gib #2, so go get a Snuggie and some popcorn, or something, I'll wait.
All set? Okay.
Foo Fighters is a band that still exists to this day, started by Dave Grohl, the drummer for Nirvana. If you know anything about Nirvana, it's probably that a lot of kids are wearing shirts with their name on them, and if you know anything else, it's probably that the front-man, Kurt Cobain committed suicide on 8 April, 1994, which immediately resulted in the dissolution of Nirvana, after which Dave Grohl founded a single-person project, the Foo Fighters, which had himself as the only member on its eponymous debut album in 1995. Eventually, more people came in *officially* but then some of them left, namely William Goldsmith, Franz Stahl, and Pat Smear who ultimately came back as a full-time member after pen-ultimately having frequent cameos with the band.
"Stranger Things Have Happened" is track 6 of the 2007 album Echoes, Silence, Patience, & Grace. Unlike last time I did this, there's no controversy surrounding the song (as of writing this). I could make this paragraph more interesting by including an interpretation of the lyrics, but that's not really what I do. I'll think about it...
Edit: I didn't think to put a link to this song in the description, my bad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEIeb85DkCs
