Scherzo in Quarantine

The word "scherzo" means "joke" in Italian. But, this piece is not meant to be humorous. I am calling this piece a scherzo in reference to the type of piece that Chopin called scherzo. In fact, his Scherzo No. 1 in b minor is the main inspiration for this piece.
