My goal for this piece was to use more instruments than I usually use and to phase through different moods as the piece progresses. Shockingly, this joins the few pieces that I didn't first compose even partially by playing the piano. I composed straight onto flat, and this is what happened.
I experimented with a lot of different dynamic techniques in this piece, techniques I hope to use more in the future. I also learned how to utilize other instruments like the violin and flute to have main melodies, as opposed to most of my pieces, in which the piano is always the main melody.
This piece was composed in under 2 weeks, due to a rush of ideas that came to me as after I held back on composing on flat.io for a while. And yet, it's amongst my largest instrumental scores.
Also, I just recently published a game that I programmed. Please go play it and show me some support!
