A Caprician Tango

This is a piece based on Paganini's 24th Caprice played utterly wrong. Don't sue me if it isn't anything like a tango; I openly admit that I am fully unequipped to define something as tango. In fact, all I know about Latino dance music is from 1992 hit "Strictly Ballroom". But hey, if it sounds good to you, it's good enough for me.
