Here I am, sitting in my grandparents cabin, miles away from my piano, sad because I can't write music, happy because I'm on vacation. Then I thought: Hmmm......... maybe I could do a competition. So, I thought about it for a while, then thought that my competition should be based on my favorite kind of music: piano solos. After a little bit of thinking, I came up with the rules:
1. It must be a piano solo
2. it must be at least 90 seconds long
3. You can submit it at this google form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfNZc3fz3ACA1ffCIyXxinh7w4ph7Vi1-OeVp3KEdgY24RgBQ/viewform?usp=pp_url&entry.1172909491=Flat_User_0000&entry.1113151182=https://Flatlinktoyourscore/ 4. It's due on July 12th
5. You must write something new for this competition
6. No plagiarism at all
7. Score will judged out of 100 points. 20 for creativity, 20 for flow, 30 for use of dynamics/articulations, and 30 for the melody
8. Collabs are allowed.
9. I will announce top three scores after the competition ends.
10. Winners don't really get any prize except bragging rights, but if you guys have a good idea for a prize, tell me and I'll consider it.
11. If you want to join, tell me in the comments first, then submit your score in the form when you finish.
12. If you have any further questions, tell me in the comments section.
13. Have fun!
