The Grove of Yearning

I'm impressed with myself. I've written four Halloween songs, which is considerably more than I thought I was going to. I guess I got bored. Or I just got interested in new ideas for scores. Or both.
The story for this song actually came along after I had completely finished writing the music (kinda weird I know), but I like it. I haven't published a song with a story. (Yet; I have plans muahahaha) But what does everyone think of the story through annotations on the music vs. the story in the description? I personally like annotations better, but I see both a lot. Also, put it into horizontal mode if you can't see the story.
