Forever Here - Lyrical Song - Feat. Josh

Micah showed me this score when he was about four measures in a week ago, and there was no whistle. I like the beat and energy though, so I asked him if I could collab and if we could make this a lyrical song. He liked the idea, so we got started. After some struggling at the beginning for what the song to be about, we went with a fairy tale world or something. It's about escaping problems and someone living in a fantasy land with someone else. Whoever he's with is up to your interpretation though. Daughter, son, wife, great grandma, who knows. So ya I wrote the lyrics pretty fast, and micah helped a little with them. They're kinda cheesy, but I think they're alright. And now to that horrifying voice you hear singing them. That's what you get for having a bad mic and a worse voice. I've never really sung before, and I'm not good at it at all. When I was singing to it originally, I thought it sounded pretty good. but after listening to a recording, I quickly realized that wasn't true. Anyways, I had a few takes, we deleted the lyrics to a slow section in the middle, and eventually I got the best recording that I could. I didn't want to publish my voice with it, but micah eventually broke me down and forced me too. So ya that's all, enjoy it. Hopefully there will be more, better ones, to come.
