First Flight

Congrats to everyone who entered @flat.io_earther 's competition! All the entries were great! Here's my entry. Woo. As you can see from the subtitle, I tried my best to imitate @groovy , and I think I did a pretty alright job. Here's the grading I got from Flat.io Earther:

M - 11: I was a little worried at the very beginning, but after listening a few times knowing what comes after it makes me less worried. I think you could’ve had some signifiers of rest between sections, as sometimes it felt like it moved on faster than it should’ve. For instance, at 6 I think there should’ve been a rit into a caesura or fermata so that the next section could have time to breathe. I also thought the ending was a bit abrupt.
E - 7: It seemed like each of the sections took quite some effort, but you could’ve put a bit more effort into transitions and rounding it out I think.
C - 3: I feel like it wasn’t the most unique thing I’ve heard, and it seemed like the chord progression was too close for comfort to one of Chopiliszt’s actual pieces, but I thought the intro and some sections were pretty original sounding.

Afterthoughts: I feel like I could've done better if I spent more time on it. I just wasn't 100% feeling it, but hey I tried. And I think the output was pretty decent.
