This song describes a loveable boy who sleeps beside his lover while gazing into the stars at night. The two hold each other's hands while magically and romantically drifting to sleep, and the temperature is warm as a blanket. They dream about love and various scenarios that fill their minds with wonder and keep doing so until they wake up. The couple is highly in love, and they tell each other their dreams one after another. This song is inspired by the fourth nocturne I wrote. It was initially a lullaby, and I had to change it to a nocturne because it was too long. According to research, lullabies are supposed to be around thirty seconds long, and mine was minutes! Now the piece is labeled "Nocturne for Solo Piano in G major, Op. 12 (Op. 12, No. 4)" instead of "Lullaby for Solo Piano in G major, Op. 12 (Op. 12, No. 1)." This song may have no slurs or dynamics, but that is the beauty of it! Being able to interpret the piece either way you choose! Have a nice day, everyone, and dream well!
