The Gift

Hey everyone! This is Shaynemas: Day 7, and I am really close to being out of stockpiled songs! Which means that I will have to start writing again, and with the biggest week of the semester soon aproaching, I'm scared lol. But luckily I have my good friends on Flat.io to collab with me, which takes off some of the pressure. But this song is a little different, its not quite jazzy. This song is actually an audition piece I'm planning to play for my audition to an Arts school that's really amazing and while I'm still probably going to edit my final audition piece to make it as palatable as possible, please enjoy! I think of it as a pianist sitting around a fire, in a grey turtleneck, playing for his nieces and nephews (and even his baby grandchild) and being very thankful they could spend christmas together.
