About time I publish again. I've only missed my once a month publish time by... 3 weeks.
So my brain got so inspired by
@groovy piano duet classic "Psychology of a Mastermind", that I decided to do one those "Reorchestrations" on it. After about an hour of work, I realized I should get permission before I become the very thing I swore to destroy. Upon obtaining that permission, however, the pieces were set. I knew I had to emulate the western interpretation of Egyptian styled music with my new love of the Sitar, and other rough sounding instruments, like the Harpsichord and (*shudders*) the Low-Quality Viola. On the latter half of this piece, let's just say I could not resist trying to make Egyptian Rock, especially with that bassline Groovy made in his original piano duet.
For the record, I've recently had this "This is cheating" feeling again. You know, the feeling that your new piece is just there to get those internet points. To myself those past few weeks self I say this: If *this* is what I can do with an arrangement... then even I have yet to witness what I can do with original melodies once again.
Thank you to
@groovy for giving this opportunity to arrange this classic! Make sure to check out his original!

In other news... Katarkaros 4...
I was going to post Katarkaros 4 back in November last year... and January this year, and even now... but its simply not ready. The few who have heard it early - I hear you - but its difficult to go the 9 yards in the way that I like it. Hopefully, sometime this year, the motivational spark and push the fourth and final installment to completion. But its never good to be so stuck on a piece that all your other pieces stall indefinitely... which hopefully doesn't sound like too much of an excuse for my absence and delay. Once that piece comes out, I know the biggest weight will lift from me, and it will be a piece like nothing before it in my time here on Flat.
