yknow when in middle school band/choir/orchestra concerts they hand out cheesy looking programs for the parents to follow along with during the preformance and the front of the program always has the first google image result for "musicnotesonstaff.png"? like it's always some random ahh notes on a wiggly lookin staff that doesn't even make sense. this is an arrangment of "musicnotesonstaff.png".
