Making a happy piece was not my strong suit. *Was...*
These past few weeks were unusually humble for me after a full month of little motivation on what to compose. I decided, "Hey, this is a good time to do *something* to keep my once a month publish rate."
Taking heavy inspiration from
@jhaubrich's chill and upbeat pieces, this piece was created with the sole intention to maintain a cheerful and upbeat tone. Similar to Ardros, I used several of my not-so-secret techniques in both moderate and subtle ways, while focusing on one technique to give the Acoustic Guitar a more "human" touch. This has definitely curated cohesion and replayability to the piece, despite every section being slightly different from each other.
This is an overall successful and incredibly fun piece to pull together! You got to give it to me for my improved drum action and TAT SEXY SAX SOLO!
I'd like to highlight
@the_crj1000 for giving me an alternative insight to the meaning of this piece. They believed it reminds them of that perfect day, starting with the energetic morning, to the bustling and hard working afternoon. Then comes the *nightlife* of the sax solo, all before the midnight party animals stumble back to their beds for the morning to come. Although this might represent the "perfect" day, I believe it's a day from the past, only to be known as the perfect day through reminiscing. Personally, I never really had "that day", as most of these possible days have been tainted by family issues and my tendency to be pessimistic. I hope to discover one of these days, even if it takes years for me to see its value.
