So, a little over a week ago, Hajime published "finale", his last publish on flat (At least for a while), I suggest you listen to that if you haven't yet:

So, I got the idea to maybe arrange it, also because I'd hardly ever done a real flat arrangement aside from transcribing an already well-known piece. I began working quickly after his publish, hoping he'd eventually ok the arrangement, and luckily, he did.
My initial thought about the arrangement was to take his relatively simple piano solo and try and turn it into this huge, orchestral epic that would almost branch off into its own thing, maybe even with new sections. But I decided against that, and to stick with the simple, peaceful style but with a new instrumentation. Of course, not without its own unique moments, steadily building up to the climax at m. 32. Anyways, think of this as a tribute to Hajime Sano, who has some absolutely amazing pieces that have blown my mind, including this one, and has always been one of my favorite flat composers, and just composers in general. Enjoy!
