A Good ldea (Long version)

We have a disaster of a construction and other various problems and one of all have a good Idea to resolve all the problems but is not avaiable, then we have a worst disaster than the other but various plans not funcionated, and finally we mixed all the Ideas to get a one beautiful plan thats yes funcionated.
