Effervescent | A 17/8 Piano Solo

I wrote this piece with one intention: Make 17/8 time sound good, or at least passable.

So I came up with this. Is it playable? Probably not, unless you omit some of the notes. Does it make sense? Maybe. Was it fun to create? Absolutely!
