Chorale From "Jupiter, Bringer of Jollity"

I'm sure a lot of people know this song. This song originates from Gustav Holst's suite titled "The Planets", which contained a song called "Jupiter, Bringer of Jollity". This is the chorale portion of that song. It was at some point put to a poem written by Sir Cecil Spring Rice and turned into an English patriotic hymn known as "I Vow To Thee My Country". Holst is probably one of my favorite composers, with this song being one of my favorite pieces I've ever played and heard.
