This song is titled after the Soviet Kirov-class battle cruiser from WWII. It was, and still remains the most powerful vessel in the Russian navy.
After my last full song, I wanted to go back to my roots of lighter synth-rock. I couldn't really think of anything to do though, so I just used that demo song I posted. I took the first bit, and decided to use the harmonic minor scale which is traditionally Russian, and gives the song that Russian feel. After playing around with it a bit, I was pretty happy with the final result. So enjoy!
