A few months ago a friend sent me a single bar of music of just four notes in common time and 6 flats (looked like a re-post from Reddit) with the instruction "play without b----ing about the key". (Yes, I know, but this is a family show.) To me, it was just begging to have something done with it. It seemed to have the vibe of a 1930's or '40's novelty Tin Pan Alley love song," I fooled around with it a bit, named it "Just One Little Kiss",sent a copy off to my friend, and stashed it in my "works in progress" file for future tweaking. I let it languish until now when the February challenge The Kiss showed up. Just had to Publish. Is this a phrase from a known work, or what? If anyone out there knows, please let me know. Thanks.
