This piece started as the guitar from part A, and all of part B. I knew I had something special, but no matter what, I could not bring myself to finish it in a way that did it justice. So after months and months of haunting me in my sleep, I decided to get some help! I was already familiar with Zach from their reimagination of my score "Rain - A Piano Solo" so I contacted them and we got busy! I truly cant thank Zach enough, without them this piece would likely have never been posted. Make sure to go give Zach a follow!

I imagined this piece almost as a scene of color. From the beginning to A as reddish mist on a purple-sanded beach at dawn. Leading into A and up to B, deep indigo water lapping at the shore. Then at B a burst of sunlight, splashing up of the water with the cymbals. As we get to C we leave the water and speed over green rolling felt hills, building in height into a rich brown-red dirt drop off at D. From there we build again, rising up and up to E, we reach the top of a promontory, waves crashing down around and the sun shining high. At F we return to the purple sand shore, and see the waves calm, the mist dissipate, and the sky fade to a rich azure blue. - Zach
