Vigilante of the Tides | June's Challenge

Hi Y'all! Kinda long time no see, It's been a minute.
This is my score for June's Challenge, Musical Marvels. This piece is about a superhero I've had in mind for a while, Aqua Vision, a blind superhero with water powers who is able to see using the moisture in the air. Her real name is Viola Eastman, and she is rather short, has dyed blue hair, and blue eyes. She is very acrobatic and stealthy, and is excellent at ranged attacks, however she struggles with physical strength and intimidation. Despite all that, she is extremely confident in her ability, and is quite rash, and will rush into a fight with no hesitation.

This is actually the first movement of a much larger chart I'm currently writing about this hero, which shall share the same name. This particular movement, Vigilante of the Tides is a heroic, fast-paced, rock chart, which encapsulates the surface level interpretation of her: Tough and heroic.

For this project I am using a big band, with additions such as contrabassoon, french horn, a second guitar and extra percussion instruments. This particular movement is in 11/8 time, and at a speed of eighth note = 360 bpm, which is rather fast.

P.P.S. I'm still quite disappointed that Manifest Destiny March didn't even make the top 10 for May's challenge, and I wish I knew why it performed so terribly, but alas, whatever. I'm hoping to win this one, so we'll see!
