It's me, Pranav, and I am so excited for this creation by Shiro, Imber, and I. Creating this piece was the most fun I had ever in writing music. It felt really easy to adjust to Imber's and Shiro's parts. We had similar ideas and specialties. Now I will hand it to Imber to explain more! (btw: We are going to have another tricollab coming out soon, as in like 2-3 weeks)
Hello everyone! Imber here and I immediately have to say, this piece is insane and I can't stop listening to it! I am so lucky to have the opportunity to work with these talented creators. What I struggle in, Pranav and Shiro excel in so it was super easy to crank out this piece when we all sat down and composed. With that being said, we started this piece in the middle of March with a huge gap of time from then to now. Only just recently we started working on it again. I mainly contributed the brass section at 24-51 but I also composed the Xylophone, some of the string parts, a little percussion, a little piano I think with the gliss at 23, and some balancing. I'd say the planning, most of the piano, some percussion, and basically all of the flute melody was done by Pranav. I just followed his vision(s) and composed harmonies that felt right to us all. He's really good at composing the piano and flute, even if he says he's not ;) . Shiro, while only working with him for a short period of time contributed a lot, he is a wizard at everything it seems like, he is crazy at the piano and doesn't lack skill in any category. I don't understand how he does it. He and Pranav are very talented and again, I'm so happy to have worked with them. Thanks for checking this composition out and I hope you have a great day. (Apparently, all three of us will be working on another piece in the near future which I'm super excited about.) I'll see you guys soon. -Imber
Enjoy! If you want that future piece, say BLAM in the comments!
