The scene opens with a beautiful castle--or should I say just a walled in town--nestled right in the middle of the Mountains of Light--Sun's Valley. It is a peaceful place, and certainly not the strongest city in Parth Eosa; not even the strongest in Aurora, but it is home to many townsfolk and livestock.
It is the center of interest for this story, one that deserves much more attention than it may look like on a map. They have no strong army--just a few knights and the safety of the mountains surrounding it. This way of life has kept the town alive for centuries. All the way up to when we begin--Spring of 1377.
The people here have no problem with it either. Like I said, it is a peaceful place, and the townsfolk are very friendly. Everyone knows everyone, and the village is alive.
Kids run and play while their parents are at the shop, or in the garden, or maybe even in the forest gathering food. Whatever they may do, there is no hatred between them.
Will that all change? Well, that's just where we begin....
