Waltz of the Flower Girls

This piece is for the August competition.

I have 2 dogs who are names Daisy and Lily, which is why the piece is named "Waltz of the Flower Girls." Daisy is older and a little slower, which is why I chose the contrabassoon to represent her. Lily is lively and energetic, which is why I chose the flute to represent her. The cello is the instrument I play, so I chose it to represent me.

Throughout the piece you can hear a common waltz theme, making use of the trio. The orchestra accompanies the trio, like life going on in the background.
