La La Land Medley

This is my piano medley of some of my favorite songs from the 2016 musical, La La Land, scored by the amazing Justin Hurwitz. I created this arrangement after seeing the movie in 2019 but put off transcribing it for years. This is one of my favorite movies, as well as one of the first musicals I ever saw. I love how heavily the soundtrack relies on jazz harmonies, rythms, and motifs, as well as how much it features piano. I tried to incorporate some of Hurwitz's original harmonies, as well as tweaking some of them to give them my own spin!
