I need help counting :(

I want to arrange this song for piano, but I can't count it! I literally have no idea what time signature this song could be in! I couldn't find any sheet music anywhere! If you can help, that's great! I'll still try and figure this out on my own.

Most of my work is being held off due to Orchestra Festivals, school, and life in general, but I am still trying to work on one of my own creations I've spent months on. Thank you all!
