Is This an Original or Did Someone Already Make This? (Someone Please Help) :')

Alright so I asked this but only one person answered saying that they thought it was original, but I can't tell if this just appeared in my mind as an original or if it appeared because I've heard the original (If that exists). I'm really hoping that it's something that I came up with myself but if it's something that I've heard bfre then I'll still arrange it, I guess? I plan on adding more instruments on a second version of this so look forward to Piano and multiple instruments, lol (It might not happen though) :')
