A folk song with the tune of a Marian hymn whose lyrics also sound like a Marian hymn and which will eventually become a Farralian (basically Marian) hymn. For example, her names mean star, the demonym for sea, morning star, hopeful song, and ivory tower. All but one of these names can also be found in the Alma Redemptoris or the Litany of Mary. Maraise was the mother of Soloil, who was the first king of Syl. She encouraged him to unite the country and also to accept their offer to become the king, even though he wanted to wander around singing folk songs instead. She later gave her life for him for reasons that I haven't decided yet. The tune was not written by me, but the harmonies were.
