The Fall of Ikarion is based on the character from Adele Geras' Book Ithaka. Ikarion is a boy who is sadly murdered by the suitor Antinous after being tricked by Melantho who was thought to be his lover, this song is supposed to be written from the perspective of Klymene Ikarion's twin sister. The real composer named Ledford is actually a massive idiot.
