If you read my story, you'll know about Weapon: Delta and Queen Lola. I decided to assign the bass synth to Weapon: Delta because it is a very low, menacing, and powerful sound that perfectly represents the character. The strings represent Lola's constant fight for what's right, stopping the Weapon, and bringing peace after her friend was killed.
