How To Explain

I’ve looked all over for a song that expressed concern about the LGBTQ+ identities, but the only thing I could find was hate songs. Hopefully there’s someone like me out there who wants to say something without offending anyone, and that’s where this song comes from. This composition was born from my concern about a nonbinary colleague, coupled with the anxiety of the world’s reaction to the concern itself.
