Please Help!!! (The Space Between Stars)

adding pickup measures sort of helps, but it just shifts where in the song the instruments cut. (also I'm so sorry for all the notifs, really genuinely)

cutting to the chase, all downloadable audio files for this song is corrupted in that cello and string ensemble in two specific measures cut out and I don't know why and can't fix it. I've tried so so much, and I really need this mp3 file for a song in an album I'm giving as a gift to a mentor (for a bday, which is quite soon), so can anyone please help fix this? please?
