In this beautiful and emotional composition, the rule I chose in my imaginative circus will be the dancer, a brilliant embodiment of grace, beauty, and elegance. Dancers have played in circuses since the 18th century and are meant to be charming and graceful. I have been to places like Circus Circus before (in Las Vegas), so I wanted to capture the essence of beauty and elegance in this composition.
Story: the music starts as the dancer begins to do her magic on stage, doing whatever a dancer does best. She pirouettes, and the crowd applauds her. Her warm smile sends the crowd into a breathtaking atmosphere, and the lights are as bright as the sun, adding flavor to her performance. As she starts getting into it, she starts doing more risky things, stunts that require finesse and perception to commence. The audience gasps as the dancer climbs, dances on a tightrope, and then hangs upside down. They all think she will fall, but to no avail; she falls onto a pole (from below) and gracefully slides down, striking the audience as they applaud. The dancer finishes her routine with grace and elegance, doing a few tricks (such as cartwheels and other contemporary dance moves) that woo the audience, and everyone loves her show. Finally, as she prepares her final act, she executes it wonderfully with that contagious and bright smile and does the last two hops elegantly. She finishes her performance with a bow, and the audience, with captivated applause, cheers as the dancer waves like a princess to everyone. She walks off the stage as the next act of the carnival commences. I hope you enjoy this composition and wish everyone luck participating in the June Challenge! Be fantastic, everyone, and have a blessed day!
