I did some searching and figured out how to run an (older) release of MuseScore, so I'm able to do some composition, but I'm not getting started on any new pieces for the time being!
Instead, here's an adaptation of my most well-received work on Flat and Spotify - "it'll be okay"!
The original composition was written for SATB sax quartet, but this is written for piccolo, soprano saxophone, clarinet and piano!
The piccolo plays a brand new melody and has a fun back-and-forth with the soprano saxophone! The soprano saxophone plays the same part it did in the original. The clarinet takes the part of the alto saxophone! And, the piano plays the tenor AND baritone parts!
The original was inspired by Liszt's Liebestraume No. 3, so I guess this adaptation is as well in theory, but the changes make the piece more unique and make it sound less like a romantic era piece, though it definitely still has romantic themes.
Thanks for the support! I hope this piece is as well liked as the original!
