The Holiday Rush

In this score, I used an array of percussion instruments to simulate the sounds of Santa's workshop. The continuous sleigh bells represent not only the preparation of the reindeer but also the general Christmas cheer. The brass choir represents the elves singing familiar carols while working. As they get closer to their deadline, the pace of their work increases and they have less time to sing. After the climax of the Christmas Eve rush, Santa rides off with his sleigh and the elves rejoice.
