String Sextet in E Minor

Sorry that I’ve been gone for a while, I’ve had composers block for the longest time but I finally felt motivated enough to make this piece. It’s a string sextet that I made within a week. I’ve tried other compositions but I haven’t felt proud enough to post it, and while I do need to tweak a few things I think this piece is about finished. I went for a more romantic side of music because I realized that I liked that music the most and so I’ll start making more of that music. This piece isn’t too long it’s 2:20 and unfortunately I couldn’t find many spots for the bass and harp to go into, it’s more of a string quartet but I still think that the instruments are needed for their respective sections. I didn’t have any inspiration for this piece I just composed what I thought sounded nice. I will probably post an unfinished sonata soon but I think my composing goal will be two weeks. I want to pay attention to detail in my pieces and if something important is coming up I want to have leeway time. Thank you for listening ~ AMC
