The Sailor's Story

As you’re drinking your scotch in a bar at the port, a sailor approaches you. He says, “If you buy me two tots of Rum, I’ll tell you a story you’ll never forget.”

Intrigued, you pay the barman who slides the sailor his drinks.

Quickly, you become enthralled.

The sailor flails his arms as he describes the tumultuous sea – so vividly that your stomach churns as you begin feeling seasick.

Nearly jumping from his chair, he shouts, “Man Overboard!” As he lays out how he pulled his fellow in from the ‘drink’ just seconds before drowning.

You hang on every word until the sailor finishes his tale.
