Love’s Memories

BL No. 124

In the past, I fell in love with an amazing girl. When I first saw her, my heart dropped. She was the girl of my dreams, smart, talented, very sweet, and so beautiful.. So perfect. Me as a musician and composer, I wrote a small sonatina for her. It took on many forms and it was a project that took a while to complete. To this day it made its name into the Blake Luna©️catalog as “To My Special Someone” and it’s number… 24. When I finished BL No. 24, I introduced it to her. It was not the my most planned moment in time. The piece was my way of trying to explain my feelings for her, but she didn’t fell the same way. Unrequited Love… At the time it did break my heart, but I wasn’t going to let my guard down so quickly. Over the years I had a plan to write a set of follow-up pieces towards BL No. 24, creating the 24 Album. It took me almost 2 years to complete, with first having 23 individual songs waiting, and now, the final piece is made its name and completes the set of 24 pieces. Love’s Memories. I’m not sure if anything will change, but I do know… I’ll keep those Memories safe, and I’ll always remember my Special Someone.
