small update:
we found a dungeon located deep within the temple. most of it is empty, except for 1 cell at the far end. chained to the wall with strange symbols scattered all around is a skeleton hanging over a pit with an ominous green glow

its not radiation. but i didn't bring a gieger counter, so i can't check

its probably something burning green flames. not a good idea to enter without protection

not going to enter it yet. who knows what else lurks down there

seems like someone has dared to venture into the pit though

took a photo to show to the assistants. the pit leads to an old temple. they buried the old temple with all its secrets deep undergroud and constructed this one over it to hide it

the only way to the old temple is down this way, but explosives are required to create an entrance

if this is what the government forces are after, it means they will return soon to finish the job

according to official reports a giant monster forced their retreat

and they will return with bigger guns and hopefully not more war crime gas
