Hey everyone, how is it going? Today, I decided to compose my fourth impromptu for solo piano, and this one is a serene but mysterious piece devoted to the night. The night contains many mysteries, and there are plenty of things that lurk in the shadows. This composition reflects those mysteries and serene happenings of the night, and the fantasy the moonlight shines upon the Earth.
This piece turned out to be a mix of an impromptu, nocturne, and a fantasia. "La fantaisie nocturne d'Impromptu" means “The Impromptu Night Fantasy” in English, which sums it up well. This piece goes into very complex harmonic development, and I am so very proud of this piece! I love it so much, like all my other compositions! I got heavy inspiration from Chopin, Rachmaninoff, and Mozart, which are awesome!
I would love to hear what you all think about this piece, and your thoughts, emotions, and feelings! I would love to hear from you! Have a wonderful and blessed day, everyone, and have fun enjoying the moonlight! Sweet dreams!
