Heya!
This work was performed live at a youth strings festival at a local college, and GOD musescore strings sound so bad compared to performers...
But anyhoo, this piece was written about the trail that lies right behind my house, it's really pretty and has a nearby lake and a bunch of cool scenery :D
I love to walk it when I can, and the lovely Pennsylvanian weather (sometimes) inspired me to write this piece.
This work likely isn't on par with a lot of my other orchestral works, and part of me wants to blame musescore for that but also part of it is my own fault (I dunno how to do MS4 dynamics well 😭)
It's intentionally simple due to the fact that it's meant to be sightread, but I added the challenge of E major because this was written for an intermediate group.
