Heart of the Ox

Hello!

This is my submission for the Animal Whisper: Zodiac Music Quest March Flat Challenge. This is my very first submission for a challenge and I am beyond excited!

My zodiac sign is the Ox and they are seen as patient and hardworking individuals. In this piece I used repeating melodies that build off of each other to give a repetitive and dependable feel. Drums, brass and the low strings are used to depict the literal large size of the animal. The light woodwinds and shoulder strings give the lighthearted and loyal personality.
