Tourbillonette for Solo Piano in B minor, Op. 163

Hey everyone! I am back from the dead, and I am here posting...well, to explain myself...I needed a break from composing. School has been hectic, and the homework has been insane. I have a few more months left, and then I am finished with school. I will have plenty of time to compose when I am finished. I have missed you guys, and I am back to post a few things when the time is right...I have some exciting things in store and am happy to be back! I am sorry if I made any of you worry.

Anyway, I would love to say I made up a dance! It's called the Tourbillonette, a fast and whirlwind of a dance in 2/2 time, or cut time, or alla breve. It features many staccato, and it is a very energetic dance. I put this dance into French, because I love the language! "Tourbillonette" means "whirlwind," and I wanted to capture that feeling in this made-up dance!
